Terms of Service

Summary: By using Mr. Pull, you agree to use credit data only for lawful purposes
with valid permissible purpose under FCRA. Misuse of credit data carries serious legal consequences.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Mr. Pull's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms constitute a
legally binding agreement between you and Mr. Pull LLC ("Company").
2. Description of Services
Mr. Pull provides credit report and credit score access services to verified business professionals
("Business Users") and consumer self-check services to individuals ("Consumers"). Services include:
- Soft pull credit checks (no impact to credit score)
- Hard pull credit inquiries (with consumer authorization)
- Tri-merge credit reports (all three bureaus)
- Credit score delivery (VantageScore and FICO models)
- Client management dashboard for Business Users
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
3a. Business Users
To register as a Business User, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Operate a legitimate business registered in the United States
- Have a valid permissible purpose under FCRA for accessing consumer credit data
- Provide accurate business information including company name, industry, and contact details
- Agree to maintain proper consumer consent records for all credit pulls
3b. Consumers
To use consumer self-check services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a U.S. resident
- Provide accurate personal information for identity verification
- Consent to a soft pull credit inquiry
4. FCRA Compliance Obligations
⚠️ IMPORTANT: As a Business User, you are legally required to comply with the Fair
Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). Violations of FCRA can result in civil liability of
$100–$1,000 per violation, plus punitive damages, attorney's fees, and potential criminal penalties.
Business Users agree to:
- Permissible Purpose: Only request credit reports for permissible purposes as
defined by FCRA § 604
- Consumer Consent: Obtain and document written consumer consent before initiating
any credit pull
- Consent Retention: Store all consent records for a minimum of 5 years and make them
available for audit
- Data Security: Protect all consumer credit information with appropriate physical
and electronic safeguards
- No Reselling: Not resell, redistribute, or share raw credit report data with any
third party
- Adverse Action: Provide proper adverse action notices to consumers when credit
information is used to deny credit, employment, insurance, or housing
- Disposal: Properly destroy credit report data that is no longer needed
5. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use Mr. Pull services to:
- Access credit data without a valid permissible purpose
- Pull credit reports on individuals without their knowledge and consent
- Stalk, harass, or discriminate against individuals based on credit information
- Resell or redistribute credit data to third parties
- Use credit data for marketing purposes without consumer opt-in
- Attempt to access the platform using automated bots or scrapers
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Provide false information during registration or verification
6. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
- Per-pull charges are billed at the time of the pull
- Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance
- Unused pulls in subscription plans do NOT roll over
- Refunds are not available for completed credit pulls, as we incur costs from credit bureaus
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate FCRA requirements or these Terms
- You fail to maintain valid permissible purpose documentation
- We receive a complaint from a consumer or credit bureau regarding your activities
- You fail to pay for services within 15 days of the due date
- We are required to do so by a credit bureau or regulatory authority
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Mr. Pull provides credit data "as-is" as received from credit bureaus
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of credit bureau data
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for decisions made based on credit report data
- We are not a credit repair organization and do not provide credit repair advice
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Pull LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any
claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including any FCRA violations
committed by you or your authorized users.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the
American Arbitration Association in El Paso, Texas. You waive the right to participate in class action
lawsuits.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws, including the
Fair Credit Reporting Act.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes
acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
